Overstory Labs LLC ("we", "us") builds consumer apps, including Melu. This policy describes how we handle information across our website and our apps. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell personal information, and we never share it with advertisers or data brokers.

• Information you provide directly — for example, if you email us at info@overstorylabs.com, we receive your message and email address so we can respond.
• App usage information — our apps may collect limited, anonymized diagnostic information (such as crash reports) needed to keep the app working. Where an app offers optional accounts or profiles, only the information you choose to enter is stored, and it is used solely to provide the app's features.
• Children's information — our apps are designed for parents and guardians. Where an app asks for a child's age to personalize results (for example, Melu's age-specific scoring), that information is used only to compute results on your device or for your session, is not tied to your identity, and is never sold or shared with third parties.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our apps and website, to respond to your inquiries, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use personal information for advertising, and we do not sell personal information under any circumstances.
